Sona Masoori is a premium kind of rice. It is a medium-grain and aromatic white rice. It is usually sweet-smelling rice which is low in starch content.
This version of white rice is healthier than basmati. It is not as polished as some other available white rice and therefore, retains slightly more nutrients. This rice provides protein and is free from both fat and sodium.
It is ideal for preparing dishes like sweet Pongal, biryani, fried rice, and daily cooking. The best quality paddy is triple dried and cleaned, polished and packed in the state of art multi sorting Japan's Satake chain of machines.

People who miss having rice due to health reasons now have something to cheer about. We have a low glycemic index (GI) rice variety that goes by RNR-15048 moniker.

Food with a low GI value (55 or less) is more slowly digested, absorbed and metabolized and cause a lower and slower rise in blood glucose levels. This Rice variety has a low Glycemic index of 51 and 5% more protein compared to normal Sona Masoori rice which has a Glycemic index of 71.
RNR-15048 variety of rice is extremely useful for diabetic people and obese people.

Rice Grit

Rice grit is a coarser ground product prepared by grinding and sieving raw rice through a fine mesh. This product has a uniform and consistent texture, which is obtained by processing rice that is carefully milled to get the desired level of granulation in the finished product.

Raw Rice is fumigated, thoroughly cleaned and made free from all foreign particles and then dry milled to various sieve sizes to get perfect quality rice grit. The moisture content of our grit is just right to increase its digestibility value. We have super quality grit available in sizes of a customer’s requirement. Grit is used in Extruded Snack and cereals, Namkeen, Breakfast and Beverage making. Our rice grits do not involve any chemical processing; thus, they are free from chemicals and preservatives.
Idli Rava

Idli Rava is coarsely ground boiled rice. It is also known as the cream of rice. It is a coarser product prepared by grinding and sieving through the mesh. It has a good supply of vital vitamins and minerals.

Idli is a healthy South Indian breakfast. It one of the favourite breakfast options in the Southern states of India and also across the world. Idli is a soft, steamed savoury rice cake. Idli Rava is granulated rice (or Rava) which mixed with split black gram (urad dal) batter to make idlis. The Idli made with Idli Rava is little coarse and grainy in texture. It can also be used to make Dosa or uthappam.

Rice Flour
Raw rice is ground to form rice powder, also known as rice flour. Rice flours are milled to various sieve sizes to suit the needs of the whole spectrum of food manufacturers customers. Many snack foods are made from coarse rice flour, whose superior water absorptive properties make it an ideal binder for use in snack foods.
This Rice Flour is available in coarse, medium and fine grade. We make this product available in different packaging options.
